You start where it makes sense, build steadily through Foundations and Essentials, and progress to Elevate when you’re ready.

Stretch classes are available to support recovery and balance your practice.

Foundations

Start here. Build confidence.

Small-group classes focused on alignment, control, and learning the work properly.
Designed for beginners, returners, or anyone wanting a steady, supportive place to start.

Good for: Learning technique, rebuilding strength, moving safely

Essentials

Build consistency. Feel stronger.

An all-rounder class that builds on foundational skills.
Expect a balanced mix of strength, control, and stretch, with more continuity as confidence grows.

Good for: Building strength, improving control, feeling capable week to week

Elevate

Build challenge. Refine your practice.

Strength-focused, Sculpt-style work is introduced here, using additional props and higher repetition ranges to deepen the work.

Good for: Experienced movers, strength and stamina, progressing your practice
